Services will not be discounted or refunded due to late arrival. Your service will still be provided within your originally scheduled time slot.
If half of your scheduled session time has passed without your arrival or prior notice, your treatment is no longer required to be provided.
Appointment Deposits
Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance will have their deposit remain valid for one year and may be rescheduled one time.
Non-Members
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice are allowed as a one-time reschedulable courtesy. These are non-refundable.
Members
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) are honored as a one-time reschedulable courtesy every 60 days. A second cancellation within the same 60-day period may result in forfeiture of the full credit without refund.
If half of your session's start time has passed without notice, the client is not entitled to receive their session. Members who no-show will lose their credits for that session.
If you believe a cancellation was made, proof of cancellation must be provided via email to info@breathemassagefitness.com.
If we start your massage late, we will discount the session price to match the estimated time given, plus provide 50% off your next session.

All membership and package credits must be used within one year from the initial billing date. Credits that are not used within this period will expire.
Month-to-Month Memberships
To cancel a month-to-month membership, please send written notice via email to info@breathemassagefitness.com.
Illness does not qualify for a refund; however, you may reschedule your appointment. Occasional exceptions may be made for expired credits due to illness on a case-by-case basis.
